She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Fogliano and Julia Fogliano (Wheeler); her sisters, Joy Teel and Judy Hamilton; and her stepsiblings, Tony Fogliano and Stacy Black.

She is survived by: her children, Heather Kizer (Troy) of Metamora, Paul Rabe (Jamie Anderson) of Bartonville and Kilby Rabe (Ashley Brannan) of Pekin; her grandchildren, Seth Kizer, Caleb Kizer, Ethan Kizer, Dane Rabe, Nathan Rabe, Rylan Rabe, Mathilda Rabe, Delaney Anderson, Kylee Milligan (Alec), Emily Rabe, Xzayvier Brannan and Zoey Brannan; her great grandchildren, Avah, Rubie and Everleigh; her stepsiblings, Jim Jones and Crystal Jones Gardner; her niece Connie Cook (H. R.); and her nephew Victor Teel (Nicki Brashear).
