He was predeceased by: his parents, James Isaac and Stella Bell Beach (Cole); and his brothers, Harold Beach and Charles Beach. He is survived by: his wife Helen Louise Heim; and his children, Barbara Waters of Pekin, Joe LeRoy Beach, Jr. of Pekin and Walter Beach (Gabby) of Pekin. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
