She was predeceased by: her parents, George Zimmerman and Anna Christina Henrika Zimmerman (VanVleuten); her husband James VonDerHeide; her sons, Ricky VonDerHeide and Vince VonDerHeide; her grandson Caleb VonDerHeide; and her great grandchild Ezekyl VonDerHeide.
She is survived by: her sons, Brad VonDerHeide (Becky) of Pekin, IL and Mark VonDerHeide (Carole) of North Pekin, IL; and her daughter-in-law Marcia VonDerHeide of Cleveland, TX.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory (2131 Velde Dr, Pekin, IL 61554). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made in JoAnn's name to Pekin First Nazarene Church.
