We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2023, at the age of 78, JoAnn Ethel Golden of Pekin, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Selby and Ilene Selby (Rumler); her husband Ernest Golden; her son Jon Gibson; and her siblings, Kenneth, Robert, Randy Selby, Joyce Pherigo and Carol Morris.
She is survived by: her daughter Jodie Jacobs (Don, Jr.) of Pekin; her grandsons, DJ Jacobs of Pekin and Nicholas Kotinek-Gibson of Texas; her siblings, Ronald Selby of Peoria, Edith Budyn (Stan) of Topeka and Nancy Patterson of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; her stepchildren, Tony, Nasha, Adrian and Alica; and her siblings-in-law, Anthony, Rance, Lillian and Vivian. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
JoAnn arranged to have her body donated to medical science.
