He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville J. and Marjorie G. (Blackburn); and his wife Edith L. West. He is survived by: his former wife Claudine A. LaBee; his children, Deborah Landeck (Brian) of Phoenix, Penny Bruder (Rick) of San Jose and James Rupp (Laura Reid) of Pekin; and his sister Barbara Stark (Jerry) of Pekin. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory (500 N 4th St, Pekin, IL 61554). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be given to a charity of the donor's choice.
