She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Woolsey and Geneva Woolsey (Stephens); her daughter Rebecca Sidles Ippolito; and her siblings, Sharon Jennings, Lester Woolsey, Ester Courtney Bounds, Robert Woolsey, Eugene Woolsey, Harold Woolsey, James Woolsey, Jannie Woolsey and Arthur Woolsey.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Linden Kelly; her daughter Sherri Garrett (James) of Springfield; her grandchildren, Aaron Sidles (Martina), Sam Ippolito, Marky Ippolito (Molly), Josh Garrett (Sami) and Greg Garrett; her great grandchildren, Mekhi, Amarian, Beckett Sidles, Norah, Stella Ippolito, Finley and Hazel Garrett; and her siblings, Norman Woolsey, Louise VanHuss and Barbara Snow. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Prairie Haven Cemetery (200 Veterans Dr, Pekin, IL 61554).
