With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Heather Lee Neal of Pekin, Illinois, who passed away on October 7, 2023 at the age of 35. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother Mitchell Dove; and her grandfathers, Kenneth Gulley and Donald Williams. She is survived by: her parents, Richard Williams and Shannon Cary (Gulley); her daughter Brooklynn Thomas of Bartonville; her siblings, Kaitlin Smith of Pekin, Michael Campbell of Pekin and Alexander Smith of Pekin; and her grandmothers, Sheryl Southey of Bartonville and Mary Williams of Pekin.
