He was predeceased by: his parents, William Alexander and Anna W. Eitenmiller (Pfanz); his son Jeffery Thomas Eitenmiller; and his brothers, Lewis Eitenmiller, Arthur Eitenmiller and George Eitenmiller.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Faye Shelton; his children, Frederick "Fritz" Eitenmiller, Jr. (Melanie) of Pekin, Bradley Eitenmiller of Pekin, Curt Eitenmiller (Gosia) of Knoxville, Kimberly Eitenmiller of Pekin, Jill Velpel (Michael) of Pekin and Dr. Cynthia Miller (Kevin) of New Zealand; his grandchildren, Jared Eitenmiller (Bethany), Bryce Eitenmiller, Shelby Eitenmiller, Kelcie Eitenmiller, Autumn Eitenmiller, Lidia Disney (Jacob), Jacob Easley (Chelsie), Thomas Eitenmiller, Kyle Hintz, Michaela Velpel, Caroline Miller and Julia Miller; and his brother Don Eitenmiller (Marian Jean) of Pekin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
