Follis of Leesburg, Florida; his former wife Jamie Copeland; his stepfather Randy Fuller; his son Keign Follis of Pekin; his grandson Kozik Follis; his siblings, Travis Follis of Pekin, Randy Fuller (Wendy) of Washington, Jeremey Follis (Melanie) of Madison, Mississippi and Ashley Allen (Joe) of Palmetto, Florida; and his nieces and nephews, Caleb, Josiah, Gracelyn, Ava and Maya.
