It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emma Lee Harris of Pekin, Illinois, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on November 13, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Robert and Mary Elizabeth Fields (Edwards); her husband Lloyd Harris; and her siblings, Marietta Catt and Milton Fields.
She is survived by: her children, Robbie Rakestraw (Brandi) of South Pekin, Danny Rakestraw of Lebanon, MO, April Kinkead (Jeff) of Fairview, IL, Cari Brown (Kevin) of Belle, MO, Christina Robbins (Justin) of Pekin and Nicole Farlin of Pekin; and her sisters, Patsy Courtright of South Pekin, Stella Walski of Plainfield, IL and Anna Blanford (Charles) of Crestwood, KY.. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren.
