He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Newton Agee and Charlene Agee-Holt (Brown); and his siblings, Derrell, Dennis and June.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Agee of Pekin, Daniel Agee of Pekin, Nicholas Agee of Pekin and Amber Agee of Pekin; his stepdaughters, Ronda Poole and Rachal Lamp (Jeff) of Missouri; and his siblings, Karen Lindsey (Gary) of Sikeston, Beverly Young of Morehouse, Missouri and Steve Agee of Sikeston. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren.
