She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Levan and Mamie Mae Levan (Conner); her son Alan Leon Filyaw; her grandson Matthew Cook; and her siblings, John Thomas "J. T." Sullivan, Clara Mae Woods and Ilene Twilley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Thompson (Rick) of Pekin and JoAnn Cook (Jerry) of Pekin; her daughter-in-law Paulinda Filyaw of Mapleton; and her grandchildren, Jeff Filyaw (Jen) of O'Fallon, Tom Filyaw (Bobbi Jo) of Bartonville, Sarah Hill of Pekin, Christine Foil of Pekin, Doug Cook (Megan) of Anderson and Brian Cook (Ashley) of Savannah. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
