She was predeceased by: her parents, Lafe Cook and Irene Cook (Dyer) of Camp Point, Illinois.; and her children, Brian Anthony and Martha Rose. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Meyer of Pekin; her children, Sheila Wermager (Jeff) of Rockford, Laura Westberg (Scott) of Midlothian, Maria Linder (Eric) of Downers Grove, Sara Meyer of Palatine and Eric Meyer (Cathy) of Springfield; her grandson Blake Wermager; her children, Maya, Mikayla, Kaitlin Westberg, Isaac, Simon, Leah Linder, Tayton, Braydon and Caylee Meyer; and her siblings, Carl Cook (Joni) of Payson, Janet Timpe (Harlan) of Donnelson, IA and Joan Weeks (Rock) of Mendon. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
The family requests any memorials in Donna's name be made to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church or American Heart Association.
