He is survived by: his wife Bertha Bruce Bitner; his children, Linda Hartzler (Phil), Randy Bitner (Robin) and Donna Goetze (Phil); and his brother David Wayne Bitner. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
