She was predeceased by: her boyfriend Al Kinsman. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Starr (Bob) of Pekin, Michael Hawkins of Pekin and Will Kinsman (Kaitlin) of Monticello, Kentucky; and her granddaughters, Hazel Starr, Abigail Hawkins and Esther Melody Starr (Bob Kinney) of Pekin.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Preston-Hanley Funeral Home & Crematory (500 N 4th St, Pekin, IL 61554).

Memorials may be given to the family to offset funeral costs.
