He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter B. Preston and Norma E. Preston (Schleder); his brother Walter James Preston; and his nephew James Bryant Preston. He is survived by: his nephews, Bradley Preston (Margaret) of New Orleans and Richard Preston (Marilyn) of Tampa, Florida; and his niece Dr. Barbara Preston-Broesder (David) of Las Cruces. He is also survived by six grandnephews; two grandnieces and many dear friends.
