She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry D. Smith and Carrie E. Smith (Hamilton); and her sister Angel Dudley. She is survived by: her husband Tony D. Berkley; her children, Amy Hasty (Ryan) of Effingham, Paul Osborne (Stacie) of Groveland and Melissa S. Berkley of Pekin; her grandchildren, Braden Hasty, Mason Hasty, Dawson Osborne, Kailynn Osborne, Kinsley Osborne and Carson Osborne; and her sister Cindy Sorenson of Port Angeles. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
