He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Joseph and Anne Lichtenwald Noe; and his children, Eva Marie, Rebecca Sue, Joseph and Robert.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Sue Hansen; his grandchildren, Kenneth Noe, Tara Shrader and Shaun Noe; his brother Henry Noe of Peoria, IL; his stepsister Jamie Boland of Roanoke, IL; his caregiver Corliss Hansen of Pekin, IL; and his pet Meadow. He is also survived by 5 great- grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Lupus Foundation or to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
