He was predeceased by: his brother Claude L. Powell, Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, Claude Lawrence "Larry" Powell of Pekin and Brenda Dunniway (Williamson) of Pekin; his siblings, Danny Northrip of Mackinaw, RoseAnn Northrip of Pekin, Jessica "Nikki" Taylor of Missouri and Jeanie Powell of California; and his stepsiblings, Todd Dunniway of Chicago, Robert Horton of Pekin and Holly Taylor (Chris) of Cairo, Georgia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
