It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Lee Zobrist of Pekin, Illinois, born in Greenville, Illinois, who passed away on July 28, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Casey and Sadie Elizabeth Gorline (Hill); her children, Philip Dennis Zobrist, Cathleen Anne Howell and Barbara Christine "Christy" Rose; and her siblings, Morris Gorline, Ralph Gorline and Melba Elizabeth Zucksworth.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Dean Zobrist; her grandchildren, Jeff Howell (Tammi) of Pekin, Julie Freund (Shane) of Pekin, Dustin Falkingham of Pekin and Joe Howell (Tammy) of Hemet, California; her great grandchildren, Brock Howell (Danica), Brodie Oberle (Skylyn), Braelyn Oberle, Sabrina Falkingham, Austin Falkingham, Trevor Vicary, Declan Rose and Courtney Gomez (Jordan); her great great grandchild Lux Oberle; and her brother Walter Gorline, Jr..
