She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard L. Baxter and Helen Baxter (Yearnshaw); her daughter Linda Ann Black; her brother Robert Baxter; her sister-in-law Ida Lou Baxter; and her niece Deborah McKown.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Jean Monn (Michael); her grandchildren, Dr. Kristopher Monn (Wendy) and Andrea Young; her great grandchildren, Eryn, Sydney, Jack Monn and Layne Young; her son-in-law John H. Black, Jr.; her nephews, Ric Baxter and Rob Baxter; and her cousins, Priscilla Schmalzel and Janet Hearn.
