It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Abbie Lee Rodgers of Pekin, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on January 27, 2024, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover L. "Red" Rodgers and Carole A. Rodgers (Bishop). She is survived by: her sons, Michael Lowe and Luke Harrison Rodgers Hunter; her siblings, Jim Rodgers of Manito and Amy Rodgers of Pekin; her nephew James Rodgers (Lindsey) of LeClaire; her great-nieces and great-nephews, James, III (Trey) and Lexie Rodgers; her niece Jade Rodgers; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Layla, Logan, Luci and Lorelei Hull.
Memorial contributions may be given to Tazewell Animal Protective Society, 100 Taps Lane, Pekin, Illinois 61554 in honor of Abbie's love of dogs and her dear Rolex.
