We are sad to announce that on August 14, 2022, at the age of 80, Wayne Keith Mennenga of Pecatonica, Illinois, born in Freeport, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Marvin and Iva Orletta Mennenga (Reemtsma); his wife Jean Mennenga of Pecatonica; his children, Brian Mennenga (Brenda) of Pecatonica, Betty Kendell (Ross) of Pecatonica and Brenda Thomas of Kilgore, TX; his grandchildren, Kirsten Kendell (Drake Peterson), Ashton Kendell (Richie Thompson), Austin Kendell, Mikayla Bundy (Robby), Seth Thomas, Miah Thomas and Spencer Murphy-Thomas; his sisters, Eunice Miller (Norman) of German Valley and Diane Klinefelter of Shannon; his sister-in-law Helen Mennenga of Blue Eye, MO; his brother Merle Mennenga; and his brother-in-law Roger Klinefelter. He was also cherished by several nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers a memorial will be established.
