Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Warren LaMont of Pecatonica, Illinois, born in Oregon, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 84, on September 15, 2023. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin LaMont and Marie LaMont (Ippen); and his siblings, Barbara Remmers, Beverly Meinert, Dawn Newman, Sandra LaMont, Vernon LaMont, Lynn LaMont and Wayne LaMont.

He is survived by: his wife Regene Haschke (Jeannie); his sister Jan Schryver (Lyle); his children, Greg LaMont (Janeen Abdo), Pam Holmquist (Matt) and Trina Leshner (Rick Strohecker); and his grandchildren, Tyler LaMont (Joanna), Jessika Voss (Jason), Chelsea Gomez (Kelsey) of Jordan Smallwood, E. J., Zach Holmquist, Tiffany Leschner and Cody Leschner Savanah Leschner. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to St Jude's Children Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 and Shriners Children's Chicago, Attn: Shriners Hospitals for Children, PO Box 947765, Atlanta, GA 30394.

“We send our Sympathy to the family on the death of Warren. Bob Meinert has kept us updated. Bob lived in subdivision across from us by Winnebago. I am daughter of Aunt Helen Fraley. I believe Marie, Warren's mother, and my mother Helen were first cousins. When we were kids our families were together often. Those are times I am happy to remember. We live in an assisted living facility in Rockford. Blessings to all of the family. Phyllis & Delbert Tedrick”
