It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Mangus of Pecatonica, Illinois, who passed away on November 24, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter F. Mangus and Elizabeth Mangus (Deck); and his siblings, Richard Mangus and Mary Ann Bondurant. He is survived by: his wife Susan K. Behnke; his son Mark Mangus (Jill); his grandchildren, Carter and Kendra; his daughter Janet Erb (Joe); his grandchildren, Katie, Grace and Joe; his daughter Misti Kottke (David Medwed); his grandsons, Anthony and Andrew; his sisters, Barbara Sauers and Eileen Isenberg; and his brother-in-law Rich Bondurant.
