He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Tapp and Betty Tapp (Sigler). He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Joree Chrostowski (Bob), Tina Pacek (Tim), Jacob Tapp (Katie), Hannah Tapp and Jason Hammond (Ashley); his grandchildren, Lane, Sarah, Bradyn, Xander, Lily, Amelia, Brett, Connor, Jayden and Jaxon; his great grandchild Lynorah; his brothers, Mike Tapp (Mary Kay) and Ricky Tapp; and his nieces and nephews, Katie and Zachery.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
