He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert E. Ellsworth and Cherryl I. Ellsworth (Davis); his wife P. J.; his son Jacob; his stepchildren, Jayden, Kailee, Riley and Danielle; his brother Rick (Shelley); his friends, Pete Hughrt and Lloyd Phillips; his brother Ryan; his grandparents, Carl, Lora Davis, Lloyd and Grace Ellsworth; his aunts and uncles, Chancy Davis, Wayne Davis (Sandy) and Kenny Davis (Sharon); and his cousins, Roger Davis and Kenneth Davis. He was also cherished by nieces, nephew, aunts, uncles, cousins.
