Ray Edwin Schauer Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 19, 2018, at the age of 93, Ray Edwin Schauer (Pecatonica, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Schauer and Gladys Schauer (Hiteman); his daughter Susan Bloomer; and his siblings, Dale Schauer and Marian Lackey.

He is survived by: his wife Maxine Schauer; his children, Sidney Farr, Bill Schauer (Jennifer) and Stan Schauer; his grandchildren, Jennifer Boomer (Kyle), Angela Hospelhorn (Lee), Jamie Farr, Jessica Brown (Stephen), Taren Bloomer, Lyndsie Schwebke (Brett), Julia Begaye (Kevin) and Katie North (Ryan); his siblings, Dorothy Hebing and Lee "Pat" Schauer; his children-in-law, Randy Bloomer and Charlotte Abanes (Alan); and his stepchildren, Ron Miller (Jan) and John Miller (Cindy). He is also survived by six step grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
