She is survived by: her sons, Mike Dornink (Kim) of Elburn, IL and Rick Dornink of Winnebago, IL; her grandchildren, Ryan, Matt, Josh, Tyler, Brock and Brynn; her daughter-in-law Lynette Dornink; and her sister Cleo Johnson of Donna Pohill. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
