It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frank E. Dowd of Pecatonica, Illinois, who passed away on June 17, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Dowd and Alice Dowd (Green); and his sisters, Jane Dowd and Mary Clark. He is survived by: his children, Mike Silaggi (Dyana), Dave Silaggi (Annie) and Mary Melancen (Dale); and his grandchildren, Erin Breakey (Tim), Jeff Silaggi (Jennifer), Brett Silaggi, Erika Waterman (Scott), Dana Herrick (Dave), Dustin Melancen (Beth) and Matthew Melancen (Margaret). He is also survived by 14 Great Grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to FHN Hospice and Friends Forever Humane Society.
