She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Kardell and Patricia Kardell (Stierman). She is survived by: her children, Melissa Savage (Anthony Liss) and Chris Schmidt (Kari); her grandchildren, Aiden, Ava Savage, Kailey and Jonathan Liss; and her sister Denise Kraklau (Joe). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
