She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Sigafus and Lucille Sigafus (Appell); her children, Julie and Gerald Boelk; her sister Beverly Haas; and her siblings-in-law, Phyllis Boelk, Carma Boelk, Marvin Boelk and Jim Smith.
