We are sad to announce that on November 16, 2022, at the age of 56, Debbra Jean Rouse in Pearl, Illinois, born in Montclair, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Kelsey Kostenbader (Josh) of Pearl City, IL and Trevor Robinson (Sara) of Forreston, IL; her brother Michael Eagen (Laura) of Plainfield, IL; her parents, Nancy Kane (Robert) of Tuscon, AZ and Richard Eagen (Linda) of Totowa, NJ.; and her grandchildren, Ellaina, Mila, Payton, Savannah, Kayslee, Waylon and Sawyer.
