He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, David Kapper, Jr. of High Ridge, MO, Cheryl Polson (Deana Walls) of Arnold, MO, Jonathan Kapper, Sr. (Lisa) of North Port, FL, Les Kapper (Gina) of Festus, MO, Ann Beasley (Jesse) of Pearl, IL, Debi Wilcox of Nashville, TN and Michelle Martin (Chris) of Waterloo, IL; his son-in-law Brian Wittneben of Desoto, MO.; his sisters, Gail Laschke (Ed Ashby) of Arnold, MO and Vickie Haring (Mark) of Arnold, MO; and his siblings-in-law, David Vance of Lemay, MO and Carrie Kapper of Herculaneum, MO. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
