He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Edward Wise and Florence Marie Sperling Wise of Champaign; and his grandson David S. Wallace (late Julia). He is survived by: his uncle Dr. Earl D. Wise; his former wife Mary Julia Hartman of Pesotum; his children, Clark Edward Wise Ill, Kathleen Theresa, Karen Elaine, Christopher Anthony, Cynthia Julia, Kevin Andrew, Constance Patricia, Charlotte Marie and Craig Alexander; his wife Arleen Bowyer Tempel; and his children, Christine, Thomas and Nancy. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.
