He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Williams and Laura Williams; his siblings, Bob, Jack, Bud and Jean Niveral (Larry); his sons-in-law, Roger Neis and Jacob Albright Jr.; and his great grandchild Christelle Neis.
He is survived by: his wife Katherine Williams; his children, Linda Albright and David Williams (Nancy); his siblings, Ronald Williams (Brenda) and Patricia Schlake (Bob); his sisters-in-law, Donna Williams and Florence Williams; his grandchildren, Chris Neis (Angie), Rebecca Neis (Ron), Melissa Gilliam (Corey), Kerri Luy (Nate) and Jacob Albright; and his great grandchildren, Leslie Dominick, Chloe Neis, Bailey Luy and Luke Gilliam.
