He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lowe and Hazel Lowe (Katzenberger); his grandson Gus C. Glass; his children-in-law, Joe David Robertson and Ann Lowe; and his brother William Lowe.

He is survived by: his wife Ruby E. Lowe; his children, John Lowe (Diane), Joe Lowe, Jillene Robertson (Roy) and Judy Miner (David); his brother James Lowe; and his friend Mary Lowe. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren.
