He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Kloepping and Peggy J. Kloepping; his parents-in-law, Sharon Huttunen and William Woodyatt; his sisters, Julie Smeathers and Susan Kloepping; his siblings-in-law, Amy Sturtz and Jimmy Woodyatt; his niece Sara Mulder; and his nephew Dakota Woodyatt.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Kloepping (Billie); his children, Randy, Alix Kloepping (Gaulrapp), Joshua Kaliee Kloepping (Truckenmiller) and Kendra Kloepping; his grandchildren, Makai Thuman, Mason, Paisley, Cooper Kloepping, Nataliee, Lyla Kloepping and Savanna Shenburger; his siblings, Raymond Kloepping, Janet Fergie and Shelly Mulder; his siblings-in-law, Brenda Rueter, Liz Richards, Brigitte Kloepping, Sammual Woodyatt, Alva Richards, Charles Richards, Curt Richards and Dean Richards; and his mother-in-law Sandra Woodyatt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schwarz Park Blvd Chapel (608 S Park Blvd, Freeport, IL 61032).
