He is survived by: his sister Jean Hill of Pearl City, IL; his nephews, Scott Hill (Jean) of Stockton, IL and Tracey Hill (Angie) of Polo, IL; his great-nephews, Wyatt Hill and Sam Hill; his great-niece Sophie Watts; and his pet JJ.

“I knew Kenny for over 50 years. My mom and dad were close friends with Kenny and family. My dad rode horses and team roped with Kenny. I have so many great memories of Kenny. He was one of my favorite people back home. In fact when I brought my plane back to Illinois to visit last December my mom and I searched for Kenny until we found him in the hospital in Freeport. I'm glad we were persistent and spent time with because it's the last time I talked or seen Kenny. Ill miss him. Jim Franz”
