She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Sass and Alice Sass (Moore); and her siblings, Gloria, Kay, Dennis and Richard.
She is survived by: her husband Carl "Skeet" Ward of Pearl City; her stepdaughter Jamie Schmidt (Jason) of Dixon, IL; her stepgrandchildren, Isabella and Colton; her sister Saranne Stamm (Greg) of Dakota, IL; and her siblings-in-law, Deb Sass of Hanover, IL and Richard Sweitzer of Lanark, IL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
