It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachael Miller (Payson, Illinois), born in Quincy, Illinois, who passed away on November 16, 2018, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her spouse Bobby Miller; her parents, Michael Porter and Susan Porter of Quincy; her children, Madison Kennedy and Caitlyn Kennedy; and her siblings, Candace Porter of Quincy, Chris Porter of Palmyra and Tammy Humphrey (Kris) of Payson. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
