Sterling, IL; her children, Josh Cook (Barbie) of Tooele, UT, Jena Bowman (Patrick) of Belleville, IL and Jered Cook of Payson, IL; her stepchildren, Carl Cook Jr. (Kelly) of Kirkland, WA, Tracy Cook of Winston-Salem, NC, Lyle Cook (Jessica) of Quincy, IL and Chad Cook of Quincy, IL; her siblings, Marla Urton, Janna Turner, Lecia Spillman and Kevin Stiles (Susie); her grandchildren, Brantley, Harper, Brooklyn, Reese, Denali, Lafe, Kyle, Maddie, Seth, Noah and Wil; her great grandchildren, Malia, Aries, Lillyanna and Penelope; and her pet Noodle.
