It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Wayne Starnes (Payson, Illinois), born in Quincy, Illinois, who passed away on June 16, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Orloe Bert and Gertrude Kroner Starnes; his siblings, Bert Starnes, Jack Starnes, Delores Mansfeldt and Charlotte Stevenson; his grandsons, James Nathan Starnes and Michael Logan Starnes; and his wife Leone "Audrey" Rezendes.
He is survived by: his pets, Cleo and Chloe; his children, Mark Starnes (Sonya), Susan Grassel (Paul) and Michael Starnes (Regina); and his stepdaughters, Kris Cook, Suzie Manuel (Danny) and Laurie Galle (Richard). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
