He is survived by: his wife Linda Provin of Gibson City; his sons, Matthew Provin (Pat) of Gibson City, Tony Provin (Ellen) of College Station, Peter Provin (Kate) of Gibson City and William Provin of Gibson City; his grandchildren, Sean, Reagan, Sadie and Claire; and his sisters, Ruthanne Fort (Ivan) of Clinton and Betty Clark of Clinton.
