He is survived by: his wife Joyce Phelps; his children, Jeffrey Brock (Kelsey Greider), Michael Phelps (Kelly) and Jenifer Brock; and his brothers, Paul Surratt and Joe Surratt (Chris). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
