She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond J. Truitt and Mary E. Truitt (Bess); her sister Margaret Anne Truitt; and her children, William J. Cox and Mary Beth Muehling.
She is survived by: her father-in-law Leonard L. Cox; her sons, John R. Cox of Granbury, TX and Michael L. Cox of Broadlands, IL; her grandchildren, Jeff Davis, Mark Cox, Lori Barnett and Ruth Hite; her great grandchildren, Mason Davis, Payton Davis, Barack Hite, Lacey Uhyrek, Maddie Davis, Riley Hite and Maleah Hite; her great great grandchildren, Paxton Uhyrek and Kinley Uhyrek; and her husband Leonard.
