Joyce Faye Belk Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elgar "Buck" Forbess and Lola Bell Walker Forbess; her siblings, Malcum, Lewis, Kenneth Forbess, Evelyn Castanedo and Alice Marcy; and her nephews, Harold, Danny, Gary Cox and Chuck Marcy.
She is survived by: her husband James T. Belk; and her daughters, Regina Belk of Paxton, Vanessa Plott (Frank) of Paxton and Laleña Griffith of Paxton. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Baier Family Funeral Services (406 E Pells St, Paxton, IL 60957). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Hospitals for Children.
