He was predeceased by: his parents, Lurnis Burwell and Rosetta Burwell (Stonebreaker); and his sister Wanda. He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean Shepherd; and his children, Steven Burwell (Carol) of Urbana, Julie Stout of Champaign and Tom Burwell (Kelly) of Urbana. He is also survived by Six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
