Blackburn (Paxton, Illinois), born in Galatia, Illinois, who passed away on March 28, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Blackburn and Monette Blackburn (Fowler); his sister Frankie; and his daughter Kathy Clark. He is survived by: his sons, John Blackburn of Rantoul, Michael Blackburn of Paxton and Mark Blackburn (Colleen) of Paxton; and his brother David Blackburn of Galatia. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
