It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William C. Sandidge of Pawnee, Illinois, born in Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on November 5, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter E. Sandidge and Cora E. Taylor Sandidge; his son Theodore; and his siblings, Maurice, Robert, Taylor, Stu, Greg, Eilleen and Rosemary Sandidge.

He is survived by: his wife Alvora L. Tuxhorn of Pawnee; his daughter Danna D. Abner of Tovey; his grandson Aaron C. Abner (Kendra) of Mount Zion; and his brother Gary A. Sandidge (Carolyn) of Pawnee.

Illinois COVID-19 guidelines will be followed, including wearing masks and observing social distancing.

Memorial contributions may be made to any veterans' organization or charity.
